Descriptions:
LS251D Leeb Metal Hardness Tester uses a D-type impact device to measure the hardness of a wide range of metal materials. The instrument adopts advanced digital probe technology to provide excellent accuracy. The digital durometer probe features a built-in orientation sensor that allows measurements at all angles of 360°. It has multiple hardness scales that can be converted between HL, HV, HB, HS, HRA, HRB, HRC, and strength (σb). Measurement accuracy can reach ±6HL, ensuring it passes the test of the National Authoritative Metrology Institute.
Features:
1. D-type impact device for measuring the hardness of a wide range of metal materials.
2. Adopts advanced digital probe technology to provide excellent accuracy.
3. The portable Leeb hardness tester can measure at all angles up to 360° thanks to the built-in orientation sensor in the probe.
4. It offers various hardness scales that can switch between HL, HV, HB, HS, HRA, HRB, and strength (σb).
5. Accuracy is up to ±6HL, which can ensure it passes authoritative metrology institute tests.
6. With QC function, upper and lower limits can be set to assess whether the material is qualified.
7. The steel hardness tester can automatically count the maximum, minimum, and average values of the last 9 measured values in statistical mode.
8. Users can calibrate the standard parts to eliminate the error.
